Alfredo Garcia is an experienced business executive with successful careers in investment banking, private equity, as chief financial officer of a publicly traded oil & gas company, and as a real estate investor and entrepreneur.

 

His multi-national background and experience in international business in a wide variety of functions and industries, enable him to recognize and resolve the issues that arise in the establishment, ongoing management and growth of a successful global enterprise.

As an entrepreneur, he is very familiar with the legal, regulatory, tax and accounting requirements of establishing a successful business. As a corporate finance and corporate development executive, he has been responsible for the accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax compliance, financing, initial public offering (IPO) and the execution of merger and acquisition transactions for large and growing business enterprises.

Alfredo obtained his B.A. in Economics from Instituto Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM) in Mexico City and his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He has dual citizenship.
